Hello there

I was about to start work on adding Dragon cards and Draconic Lord cards to the SE plugin tonight, but was wondering in which direction I should take them.

Should I just add them "as is" so that you can alter cards that exist already, or would it be more useful to add in card options?

Basically, I have templates to create Green, Red and Yellow cards, but can also try to add in other colours should you wish to add in a Draconic Lord of your own and a deck to go with him/her...

Actually I think I might have answered my own question there!

I will need to do a bit of work in creating a suitable back for the standard Dragon card colours, but in the mean time am interested in what people might think.

There has been little interest shown in the tools I have cobbled together for Dungeonquest and Runebound, so am also interested to see if home brewing is on the wane...

Original colours + some recolour options As of now I think that additional 3 recoloured versions will be enough. Maybe later some more.

Oh yes, when I said Yellow I meant Gold!

I have just had a play with the files, and the easiest additions to the Green, Red and Gold will be these three.

I think that should give people enough choice for now at least. I will need some help with creating a decent card back for these colours, but that shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

I agree as was mentioned. There three standard colors plus three more would be good and is more than enough. Can't see too many people creating whole new color sets, but some might.

You might try to lighten the blue just a little bit, if that's possible.

I've added the extra colours to the mix and rather than just use plain colour names as choices, I have given them "dragon-like" names.

People with a bit of "google-fu" should be able to figure which is which!

Now I just have to cobble together some cardbacks for the new Dragon Decks and all should be well...

I will make it available soon, but have to sort out a couple of things first.

This card type will not have the options of the others as yet, and this /might/ be the way they are presented in future.

It is possible that the whole plugin will be remade putting a few tricks I have learned over the development to make things a lot more useful. That will come later though...

Want to see all the other Dragon Lords people come up with. Would be good to have a deck of a few like 6 or 9 and at start of game shuffle and draw 3.

Of course this could get hard with dragon tokens and decks... Hmmmm have to give that a thinky .

I was just thinking about these and realised that I did not have suitable card backs sorted out for the purple, blue and orange Dragon decks. This may delay proceedings somewhat...

Oh, and just to let you know that after some discussion with, and lots of work from, JC there will be a new cardback for Mini Ending cards which is much ( MUCH ) nicer and is certainly easier on the eye.

Just posting to show an example of the blue dragon set I have made. I would prefer to use something that would not attract the attention of WotC, but for now it is just for my benefit...

If anyone has any examples in mind for an "orange" or "purple" dragon, then I am all ears!

Awesome work, Jon! If you need some assistance with alternative dragons, I may be able to help, though I'll need more detail on things like art variations for card, token, etc.

Looks like Kyanos needs a bit of a color shift in the frame texture's hue. Needs a tweak away from the cyan side and more toward true blue.
