What happens if you draw a Warlock quest like "give up one object", and you have an object currently? It would complete immediately, but how does the teleport work?

The normal rules are that you must move during your turn, but the quest should complete immediately if possible and teleport you. Do you stay on the Warlocks Cave and take your reward?

If you were on the Warlocks Cave when you draw that Quest, you still had to immediately complete your Quest if able. The teleport doesn't take place because you needn't go to the Warlocks Cave as you're already there.

I know that many players want to split hairs over any game issue they consider to be a loophole. I know because I do the same sometimes. In this case, there's no reason for rules-lawyering. Receiving a Talisman when you have completed a Quest is a natural and legitimate thing.
