Can u tell me what or where the roster is , when ur hire a freebooter , or when you use a team upgrade or a staff upgrade .
is that ur discards pile , ur team deck , where !!!! i didnt see the word roster in the rule book
What or where is ur Roster
We played that your roster was all of your cards, not just the discard pile. We looked and didn't see a definition of roster either. So a freebooter gets all your cards shuffled together and then any other non-freebooter would be placed at the top of the deck so you know you will get them next turn (the freebooter is more of a random appearance).
so what about the team upgrade and staff upgrade , u need to look a all ur deck , or how do u interpret those cards

The Team and Staff Upgrade cards that you keep just go face up on the table in front of you.

That's at the end of game, so you'd go through your whole roster, which is all of your cards.

The way we played it was:
Your roster is all the cards that would make up your team deck. So your Hand, Your Discard Pile, and your Team deck. Put them all together and that is your roster.
This made the player playing Reikland Revers take a HUGE leap as he got Gryphone-ade early in the game and he had a TON of star players on his roster...
he gained 30+ fans from that alone:)

That's not possible. If you're really lucky, it'd still mean you'd have to win 25 Star Players during the game.

I don't have my copy in front of me. Is Gryphon-ade the team ability that gives all star players the Reavers draw Freebooter? If so, I don't think it helps your end of game victory points. It's a scoreboard phase ability and I think it's only purpose it to allow the Reavers to keep their deck small regardless of who they draw. I don't think it's meant to convey the Freebooter ability at the end of the game.
I wish they'd let me edit.. becaus I can't type.. LOL
It should say... 'Is Gryphon-ade the team ability that gives all star players Freebooter?' For some reason I added the word 'draw' in originally.. lol
How many players should I have in my roster? I have 17 standard team players, but the rulebook says something about 12.
Should I choose 12 out of 17?
What happens if I add freebooters? How many players should I have then? More, or still 12?
You should only have 12. You're not including Star Players with your team's symbol in the starting 12, are you? Adding a Freebooter means removing one of the players currently on your Roster, so if you only add Freebooters, you'll remain at 12 players.
