I know what you mean. I just can't motivate paying a thousand dollars (probably more) to go there.

We played Til Death Do Us Part, the new POD for Mansions of Madness. I thought it was interesting-- the "house" was actually a basement below the burned-out ruins of a mansion. The general strategy for the keeper is to summon witches into the investigator's spaces, and hit them with "infections" that lower their willpower, making them susceptible to further infections and witch-summonings. While doing this, the keeper can also harry the investigators with zombies. I won't reveal the ending, but it's safe to say that a ritual of some sort will be completed, a ritual that summons unpleasant... things.
