WTF? The minotaur can`t stand up as a figure, it`s too heavy and falls too the side.... great design?

The minotaur we played with stands perfect, The dragon rider on the other hand tends to keep falling backwards on its tail.

Maybe he visited the tavern one to many times

Mine has no problem standing but the head looks like its not properly mounted/pasted in place =/
