Wrath of the Neutral Weenies

A weenie maester neutral deck. Chains are there to power Oldtown Advisor's event cancel. Citadel Law is great for switching into Rule by Decree or Search and Detain. Lots of draw with Sam, Hollow Hill, and Val Steel Link. The backbreaker of the deck is Archmaester's Wrath. Kneel a lot of maesters: you discard refugees and junk, they lose all their characters. Then flip Marched to the Wall to finish the job. Retreat and Regroup will later retrieve all your discarded weenies. Lots of fun, very different.
