How do you become a UFS judge? We don't have a TO or judge where I am so I'd like to do it to expand the community.

I believe the Scout is automatically the judge and TO for all events at his brick-and-mortar store. There isn't a system in place for "higher ranked" judges, to my knowledge.

Either the scout judges or probably someone who goes to the forums a lot and knows about obscure rulings lol

I've been judge to a couple of tourneys, including our Assets of Power event last year.
