Each of the Collectors Editions so far have come with a document - Inquisitorial writ, Deadwatch membership and Originating Chapter docuemnt, Traders licence etc.

As Chaos is not exactly big on paperwork they have gone instead with an Imperial writ for your execution as a Heretic and worshiper of Chaos.

Fits in quite well in a dark but humourous way.
