would this make any sence?

just got done reading thru the character creation section , if i am reading this chart right( never a given happy.gif ) it is possible for me to make a death world navigator. my question is twofold, has anyone done this or know of someone who has, and two is it a feasable build? also fluffwise how would one go about explaining this? any input welcome

A player in my current campaign made a Navigator for the Death World. Her character was from a Renegade House which had a clandestine breeding program in a compound on a death world. Sadly the program failed when the compound was overrun by raiders and the Navigator had to smuggler herself offworld while still a child.

The Explorers later used her background as the basis for an Endeavour. They returned to the death world and sought out survivors of the breeding program and their descendants, gathered them up and and returned them to the the Navigator's House.

Maybe a vessel crash landed on the death world a long time ago. Now most technology and knowledge has been lost since then, but the original navigator escaped the crash and the navigator gene lives on amongst its people. The original navigator's descendants now serve as shamans and leaders of the group of people that still survives to this day in this deadly environment.

Many houses, containing clans with each one different customs.

Your navigator could be part of a War Host programme, where all the other menber of a supposed ship where trained as an omogenous group of death world veterant ship crews, abe to widthstand mostly anything. Not surprissing, the experiement failed when everyone except the navigator was lost to a very dangerous native beast, the navigator fried it with is stare.
