I'd just like to verify that I understand these two cards correctly:

Village of Ash:

Each player chooses one story card that he has won
(except this one) and shuffles it into the story deck.
Then shuffle all Relic cards in play into their owners'
decks.

Am I right to assume that Relic cards are only shuffled back into decks if every player actually shuffled one story card back into the story deck?

Aziz Chatuluka:

Action : Sacrifice Aziz Chatuluka and drain all your
undrained domains to put an Ancient One character
into play from your hand. At the end of the phase, if the
Ancient One character is still in play, place it on top of
your deck.

I think you are correct on Village of Ash - everything before " then " must be satisfied for the part after " then " to trigger.

On the second one... hmm... I could see this being ruled either way. If there are no undrained domains, then you could conceptually drain 0 domains, but I'm thinking there was a similar ruling that indicated you have to do something, not do 0 (on some other effect that escapes my memory)...

It needs a ruling to be sure. Honestly, the first thing I thought of when I saw the card was to make sure I used up all my domains playing my other stuff first - draining zero domains is such a simple concept that I'm sure most people would look at this possibility. With the wording as-is I don't see anything wrong with draining zero, it would need an errata to make it work otherwise IMHO. If they meant for it to require more than it should contain wording like "if you drained at least one domain..."

My impression was that they merely wanted to guarantee that you didn't have any domains to trigger an ability on the Ancient One after putting it into play.
