Can you exec order somebody out of the sick bay? I've been playing it so that you can, but it seems odd that the exec order has such amazing healing powers.

Yes you can, and it's a great way to get around the 'only draw one card' text.

Think of it as ordering the doctor to give them stims, painkillers and a note to walk it off. We all know the Doc is overly cautious, they don't call him Coddle for nothing.
