Print it on 11"x17" sheet of glossy cardstock. Fold it right in half and it wil fit perfectly within the game box.

Hey there, I really like the way your set up sheet looks as it is much larger, and leaves room for the enemy health tokens. The link you provided says that it is no longer there. Any way you could upload it to something else? Maybe an Imgur link? Thanks!
