Something rather odd I noticed, it's mentioned in the Heretek archtype that many of them still worship the Omnissiah along side chaos. How does that work exactly? Do they argue that the Omnissiah isn't an aspect of the emperor, are they like the Damned company of Lord Caustos (Loyal to emperor/omnissiah but not the Imperium/mechanicus)
Hereteks and the Omnissiah
Considering that not all Adeptus Mechanicus accepted the Emperor as Avatar of the Machine God when he arrived on Mars, it's very easy for Chaos Hereteks to see him as a false Omnissiah. Even easier than the ex-Imperials who consider Mr. Emperor a false god.
...and then there are the heretics who argue that the Imperium isn't what the Emperor wanted at all. They even happen to be correct.
It's not much of a stretch to assume that many hereteks believe that the Omnissiah isn't as stuck on the correct protocol and minimum-advancement doctrines as the mainstream Mechanicus thinks. Indeed, the point of heresy is that you think the main church isn't right about something.

Wow, imagine being the guy who worships both the C'tan and Chaos, that would get very awkward I imagine.

You would probably have to make a choice if the Void Dragon woke up, C'tan and Chaos dont work well together I imagine.

To my mind the C'Tan and the Necrons are the closest 40K comes to an absolute "Law" aligned faction - the antihesis of chaos - a unified force of identical, obediant followers, standardised and timeless.
