I've been trying to put in an order for the Black Crusade Collectors edition but the site doesn't want to take my money. I've tried 2 different cards and talked to my card company who say the problem on on the site's side of things. So having all I can think of and hearing nothing from customer support, coujld it be that all the books have been bought and they just haven't taken the page down?

Me too...I might try and see if it's a problem with your account if I were you. You've probably done so allready, so maybe you might have input some numbers incorrectly? Hope it works out for you...

Email them, they might know what the problem is, or if they have indeed sold out.

Silly thought but try a different browser and/or a friends PC

Occasionally a browser will have a problem with authentication on a site for no reason i can track down, swapping to Chrome for that transaction usually fixes it.
