I randomly generated a character Wood Elf Waywatcher, and I've been trying to dig up information on them.

Unfortunately, there seems to be little information on them as a whole. Excluding the wood elves army warhammer book (which I've read), is there any other major sources of information for wood elves? Are they prominently shown in any form of warhammer literature?

The books say that wood elves are extremely rare outside of their forest, especially in the Empire.

What's the average life span of an elf?

'Find the Warhammer Fantasy Battles Wood Elves book *(7th edition if necessary). Everything you need is in that book. I also have some 'traits' in my house rulebook.

I'd start at asrai.org which is a forum for Wood Elf gamers of FaBa. There was a homemade rulebook for the wood elves of Laurelorn (the elf forest of Empire) but few seconds of google failed me.
