When will the advance rules be available?

will the 2010 GenCon promo Loth mech be available for regular retail at any point in the near or distant future?

do you know if paint bonds well enough to the factory primer or should I consider my own primer coat?

is there sort of a "Dust league" or program for game shops?

The factory primer is brilliant, no problems there and there are leagues if you can find a store that runs them, I can't even find a store that sells DT.

Yeah, I am still not sure if I should buy the unit card pack. It is nice and all, but I don't have all the figures included in them and have more than one of others. I know it updates the points cost on the figures, but I can do that on my own...
