If I play Bloodletter in the Kingdom doe his effect apply to the all attacking and defending units? Or does it only apply if he is attacking from the battlefield to him specifically?
Bloodletter
No matter in which zone the Bloodletter is, his constant effect affects all units in play whenever they are assigned damage, not just combat damage. Including the units of the player controlling the Bloodletter.
Awesome - thank you very much for the reply!!!
Does it also double the damage of plague bomb?

It doubles any damage assign to units, so yes.
If multiple bloodletters are in game total damages are :
n bloodletters in game, X damage initialy assign, total damages = (n+1)X
Shouldn't the damage be X*2*2 if you have 2 bloodletters?
You would think but they put in the FAQ section 4 that only the original damage is doubled. So you can't double the double. If you do 2 damage and have 2 Bloodletters, the first one doubles 2 and the second doubles 2 so the final total is original damage + the double + the double. 2+2+2=6. Hope this helps.
I guess, it makes sense if they explain this as triggering of Bloodletters at the same time...Though, then the question is: Is it not true that when two things trigger at the same time, person can trigger them one after the other? E.g., the effects like "At the beginning of turn.." can be triggered in certain order. Or is this just the result of difference between constant effects and triggered effects?
Do not see the things like that because this will lead you to some misunderstounding in others cases.
The text of Bloodletter is the formulation of a particular case of a "mathematical" expression :
- N number of bloodletter
- D damage initialy assigned
- F(N) a function that gives you the total amount of damage assign
There are different function that can give
F(N) = 2D for N =1
there are for example :
F1(N) = D x 2^N
F2(N) = D x (N+1)
F3(N) = D x 2 (no matter how many Bloodletter are in game)
Looking to the bloodletter text you supposed that the described function is F1(N) instead of F2(N) or even F3(N) or even another function. But the text "only" do not give any reason to suppose that the formula beside it is F1 F2 F3 ....The clarification says it's F2, that's all.

HUH?
Does Bloodletter double the damage of Blood Dragon Knight and Warhounds actions damage source?
Does Bloodletter double the damage of Blood Dragon Knight and Warhounds special action source?
Yes. It doubles all damage assigned to units, no matter what kind or source.
