Sorry if I'm being obtuse here, but I can't find an answer in the FAQ and the search terms are too broad for me to find it easily on here.

Do players decide their turn order at the beginning of the game and adhere to it? Or do they choose a new turn order each turn pass?

Thanks. I'm sure the question was probably in the forum somewhere, but we had just started out first game and I had four people waiting for me to find a definitive answer. The wording in the rules was just ambiguous enough that I wanted to query for clarity.
