I woould change Akachi's skill to use 3 Spell cards instead of 4 Clue tokens. Would be a good use of the often hard to use spells, and seem more thematically correct for a shaman.

riddle: I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you haven't heard this based on your classification of spells as "hard to use": according to answers given by the designers during Arkham Nights (as found in the FAQ Answers thread), spells are actually supposed to be use after you roll, not before.
