The Viper's Bannermen is now restricted, The Prince's Plans is now Deathbound, and The Maester's Path now works only on printed Maesters.

It seems pretty fair. I didn't foresee TVB getting any attention, but in retrospect it makes a lot of sense.

I guess it does. I've seen some crazy shenanigans (heh) pulled with that card, watching it get played, killed, narrow escaped all in the same round is crazy. Heaven forbid you have two in play.

I still do not get why restrict The Viper's Bannerman. Narrow escape should have been banned instead...
