Unleashing the Spell, what does it means exactly "target capital"?

By bigv2, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Hi guys! I got a question for Unleashing the spell:

Action: Put the top card of your deck into play facedown as a development. Then, sacrifice X developments to deal X damage to target unit or capital.

Ok, so what does "target capital" means? How you can assign damage on the capital? You choose only one zone? You can divide in any zones? Who can do this, the owner or the victim of the card?

Thank you.

The player who triggers the action and sacrifices the developments deals damage to a target unit or capital. In case of capital, you chose the zone where you deal the damage (capital is the collective term used for the 3 zones kingdom, quest and battlefield). Since it does not say that all damage has to be assigned to one zone, I assume you can allocate as you see fit.

Yeah, Lukas has specifically answered this. The player who controls the effect can choose to deal 2 damage to the quest zone, 1 to KZ, 1 to BZ (for example) if they want to.

I hope FFG will clarify the ruling about this card. I, and the guys I am playing with, are still in doubt. It seems strange that you can "split" the damage on the Capitals zones.
