I recently played at a friends house and when we were packing up his cat had snuck off with an equipment token. He found it a few days later and his cat had chewed it up. Not entirely beyond use, but is there anyway to order replacements from FFG direcetly Or should i just try to make my own?

Try clicking on User Support below, and see if there is a replacement parts option in the drop down (if not try customer service), send them a note and see what they say.

Thaad is gone as far as I know. She moved away and had to leave FFG.

Thaad posted the story on BBG. I am sure it takes some time to learn the ropes when learning a new job. The new personel will improve i'm sure.

Good news. I emailed customer service and they said they would send me any replacement tokens at no charge.
