Saluting FFG's Customer Service Department

Simply put FFG is an amazing company. Not only are their components of the highest quality, but they stand by them and will usually make good on problems you might have. Last year I had a game that developed a warped board two weeks after purchase. A week after contacting Customer Service I got a new board delivered with no charge.

Last month I bought a game whose early run was known to have a problem with brittle sculpts. I bought a sealed copy on Ebay and sure enough one of the pieces was busted. I wasn't sure they would take care of me since I didn't buy it through a dealer and it was a two year old copy. Sure enough a week after contacting Customer Service I was sent an entire replacement set of all the sculpts, not just the broken one. And there was even a nice handwritten note included!

In this time of rotten customer service we must cherish companies that go beyond the call of duty. I only got back into board games last year after a 25 year hiatus and I'm so glad that it was FFG's games that got me back in. I now own three and each one shows the concern and quallity of this company. You may or may not like a particular game but you can't doubt the integrity of FFG.

I hear you. Cheers to customer service at fantasy flights. A coupe weeks ago I received a new copy of middle earth quest and 3 of the miniatures were broken and a few others looked like they were on their last legs. 6 days after contacting customer service all the minis arrived to Japan free of charge and they all appear to be of a much sturdier stock. Cheers again!! Maybe the best customer service I've ever received and you have made a loyal customer out of me.
