I believe i can use Aziz Chatuluka (TSS) to put in game Azatoth (SoA) in an opponent's turn, destroy all of his characters, put it in the top of my deck at the end of that phase (history phase, surely) and not lose the game. Is that correct?

From what I've read on both cards, yes that does seem to be the case. Just remember, Azathoth wipes out your characters and support cards as well.
