I have recently been playing my old version one.I want to expand the game with all of the new expansions on version two.I was on bbg and saw a post about upgrading to version 2 with sending in a special card from set one at a reduced price.Is this still being honored?

Unfortunately, this offer expired a long time ago (I think in 2007).

However, the new version is not that dear really and well worth getting.
