First deck to whisper: Mono-Order (Tempo)

By deadsong2, in Call of Cthulhu Deck Construction

This is the first deck from myself to this forum, so I like to here some REAL players whispers about this deck (ok, you ALL are REAL players, so please, say what your thinking about ;D):

MONO-ORDER

Characters:

3 x Arcane Hunter (crap, but resourses)

3 x Lodge Housekeeper (quite annoying in some system, but has investication)

3 x Lord Jeffrey Farrington (one of the star players in this deck)

3 x High Wizard of the Order (second of the star players)

3 x Recruiter for the Lodge (quite good Response to use and always first to get wound or go insane)

3 x Knight of the Outer Void (does combo with Lord/High Wizard/Recruiter)

3 x Silver Twilight Enforcer (last line of attack to get the last story, "Rush boys, rush rush!" ;D)

3 x Senator Nathaniel Rhodes (good icons only)

2 x The Groundskeeper (mostly resources)

2 x Silver Twilight Collector (could be useful effect, if you have opponent who plays with Monsters or Creatures)

Devious Architect (if with no cards in hand good, mostly for the investication)

Lodge Librarian (good icons)

Disgrunted Chef (mostly just something, that was left to deck)

Supports:

3 x Silver Twilight Lodge (you know the place)

3 x Crescent Blade (mostly resource, could be working against some neutral-non-Ancient One-charachters)

The Oubliettes (kills weenie-skill 1-decks)

Events:

2 x Steal the Soul (good to get some icons)

2 x Brazier Enchantment (if opponent has much combat)

2 x Fine Dining (get some icons and Invulnerabilty)

2 x You Know Too Much (for game tempo)

2 x Pose Mundane (good it opponent has Monster/Creature deck)

2 x Unbound (Destroy charachter with discarding cards...)

I have done this deck from only using Order of the Silver Twilight - expansion. Havent bought (yet) any of those Asylum Packs after that, where you could have more Order-stuff. But as I have seen this deck, it has been doing just good. Mostly its quite annoying system, that you try to do your best to but some game tempo up and down for your opponent by sending his charahters back to his hand and then doing some serious investication in the stories. I think it could do some fix, and I could have some answers about that could this kind of deck, where you try to do the Tempo, work in the real tournaments?

It looks pretty good based on your limited card pool. It could be improved by going dual faction greatly, as well as getting the newer AP's.
