Have Ogryns been statted out?

By SqueakMaan, in Dark Heresy

Basically just what the title says. Does anybody know if Ogryns have been statted out in any of the FFG books?

Yes they are in disciples of the dark gods on page 89.

I think there may also be some in the Achilus Assault for Deathwatch. Page 73, but they are basically Chaos Ogryns. The ones in Disciples of the Dark gods are also kind of semi-lobotomised servants for a criminal cult.

Proper Imperial Guard Ogryns are not yet available (but should be convertable from the other Ogryn write ups). Some suspect they may be presented in the Imperial Guard book expected sometime this year or early next.

Nathan "N01_H3R3" Dowdell statted some rules up for Ogryn PCs on his excellent site:-

Although at the time this was technically fan written stuff, Nathan has actually also since written some very high quality stuff for FFG, including the very strong chapter on Orks in "Into the Storm." So in terms of quality, I imagine these rules will be first rate, though I should say I haven't used them myself yet.

N0-1_H3r3 has stats for ogryns, squats and ratlings all done up for DH some time ago, dunno if he still has them somewhere.

They're pretty much everything you expect, extremely tough, very strong, about as many hits as a Leman Russ, clumsier than a one legged man in an arse kicking contest and utterly f*cking retarded...

I keep one statted up as an Imperial Guard called Derp. If someone forgets to bring their character or something equally unforgivable, I make them play Derp.

Hey folks,

I appreciate the help. Should make for some interesting play.
