I'm looking forward to the Herbert West adventure. That should be very cool. The other two look fun too, especially the time travel adventure.
Forbidden Alchemy adventures
Yeah, I'm interested to see how they integrate time travel into the game. I wonder if the investigators travel through space, as well as time, into different locations. The alchemy puzzles look cool too.

Maybe they'll have the same room/space be 1920's on one side and either future or past on the other. That way you just flip the tile to time travel.

If you're traveling through time, then the cards, token and monsters wouldn't be there anyway. They'd either be gone or different.

New expansions always come with new rules. Just because they haven't done it yet doesn't mean they will never do it. I just think it'd be a neat mechanic if you flip the tile because, thematically, it'd be like watching your surroundings either age if you're going to the past or become futuristic if your going forward in time. This is just a speculation thread anyway. I don't think any of us can say with certainty what will or will not be used. I can say I am 100 % stoked for this expansion.
The reason tile flipping won't be implemented is quality of game, it will be boring to discard all board currency from it and seed new, it might take from 30 minutes to hour. While additional board like in season of the witch makes everything fast and easy.

You could have the seeds set up before hand set off to the side just waiting to be placed, but I agree that its still wouldn't be implemented.

I don't know about the card seeding, but my guess is actually that it does have something to do with tile flipping; my guess is you would have resolved the cards on a particular tile before you flip it, and it may be only one tile at a time. That's just a guess, though,
I can see tile flipping work if done properly. I certainly don't think it would take half an hour to an hour to implement. I suspect you'd just be flipping one tile at a time rather than the entire board.
'The room you've walked into is different to the rest of the house. There are instruments and designs in it not of your time*
So on and so forth.
This is extremely ineffective as both tile sides will be required to be absolutely identical to work that way, which will kill tileset variety.
I assumed that much, but I'm wondering if actions in the "past" will affect the "future".

Time travel obviously will be the same as travel between two dimensions in season of the witch. Just an event which transports investigators and places a ladder being a link between two times/spaces/dimensions.
Oops. Thought I hit "quote". Anyway...

What? No one else exited about new sneak peek?
It's only me, or is Flash Powder is a little bit useless compared to Camera? And stats doesn't made up to it.
Also, looking under the monster token once per game - can you find any worse once per game ability yet? Or is it designed specially for those Byakhee who can either aid or harm investigator?

Evade requirement for Flash Powder does make it kinda risky, since the monster has to be in your space and FP isn't an Attack. Detail Oriented packs 17 total stat points, while Keen Eye (with its look under the monster token) has 20 total stats.

Not only the evade requirement, but the chance of losing this item and gettimg stunned himself.
In case of stats, Detail Oriented has 1 more luck and the ability to replenish skill points. Burst stats from keen eye - 6, burst stats from detail oriented - 9+3*clues_revealed_when_used.
