Hi I have a question. Lets asume I attach Burned and Pillaged to some location that does not provide a gold nor influence. Does it become a gold influence location now? I ask because if so I can take it by Support of the Kingdom.

The location gains the income/initiate modifiers, so it does become an income "provider" by game definitions.

Keep in mind that if you take control of the location, YOU get the -1 modifiers, now.

what about Knights of the Hollow Hill agenda?
the agenda says:

"other cards you control do not provide a gold bonus"

so i don't have +1 gold, but also i don't have -1 gold... right?
