I plan to include planetary/orbital defenses in my space battles.

Is there some rules about this kind of equipment in rogue trader supplements?

I don't remember very well but you should use stripped down ships, I.e. Void shileds, batterie, basic crew rating, shiled and armor value.

Like crisaron said, use ship statistics but drop off Speed, Manouverability, Space and Power. And name some essential components to denote specific nature of this installation. example plasma drive to station generatorium.

Upgrade hull integrity, armour, turret ratings and stuff as you like to corresponde the size of installation.
