I have a question regarding First E. In looking up the rules for it, I found the following,

500.9 Enhance and form abilities may be preceded by the word “First”. This means that if you wish to play the ability
it must be played as the first ability of the step or phase that is playable in, If you have played another Form or
Enhance before the First Form or Enhance then you may no longer play the ability preceded by "First".

My question is, can I play an enhance as the First E on my reversal attack if I have already played an enhance during my opponents attack step on one of his previous attacks? Does the First E only apply on my attack played as a reversal?

Yes, because it is a new enhance step for your reversal attack.

to add, on each attack, you have a new opportunity to play a First E, as your first enhancement of the Enhancement Phase.
