I play Lannister now and want to be able to add War Crests to characters. I know there is a Targ attachment that does it, but is there an in House way of doing it? Attachment, Event, Location, Character Ability I don't care. Aside from the Targ attachment, are there any other Nuetral or OOH ways to do this?

A Targ character: Daemon Blackfyre. Not fit for you I guess, since he gives the crest only to other Targ.
