When your selecting abilities for your minions some of them can have ratings like Unnatural Characteristics (1-3) how do you determine which you can get for your Minion? Like if I have 5 trait points to spend is it 1 per point of characteristic or do I get Unnatural Characteristic 3 for 1 trait point?

In the example they show someone making a normal one and taking the highest rank for that trait as 1 trait point but seemed a bit weird.

It notes you can choose the amount. For stuff like machine, unnatural, etc. you might as well take the maximum.

Sidenote, minions have 0 infamy and 0 corruption, right?

Unnatural Charestics are capped with the relevant bonus, a minion with sb3 can max get unnatural strenght +3
