I have a question for you.

When a player draw pool of life and place it on a space ALL player can be take a life from this place or ONLY the player that have draw the card?

Anyone who lands on the space can take life from the pool. Not just the person who drew the card. If there are already another player on the space however, s/he does not get to take life.

In a six player game I played about a year ago, one player got the pool of life (or strength, I'm not totally sure), and ALL THE OTHER FIVE PLAYERS landed on that space on their next turn! That's just crazy. And the last person was cursed by a hag!
