If they are going to make them, I want to see them the size of the Woffen from the old Confrontation line!

I am good with Armor 2, b ut they would need Enhanced Damage Resistance (works on a miss not a hit) IMHO. But anyway, I doubt we see them.
Hmmm, it actually could depend on the popularity of the game. Right now we have Axis & Western Allies, with assurances that the Sino-Soviets & Vrill are on their way. OTOH, we also have at least two shadow organizations (the old Nazi party to be renamed for European sales and the "rich banker/industrialist" on the Allied side). The Axis and Sino-Soviets could be trivially split into European and Asian wings, but that would be more for fluff purposes IMO.
So, maybe the former Nazis ended up with the wulfen and not the gorillas? Or some other variation. It could all be worked into the game, if the game will support it.
Unfortunately, they are not "cannon" from the comics. So, I don't think they are likely to appear, unless the comic introduces them.
But then again, I don't think Allied power armoured infantry are in the comics either.
Actually, all the axis units are werewolves. It's just never a full moon in any of the scenarios.

I thought Markus was a werechihuahua instead of a werewolf. On nights of the full moon, he sneaks into enemy camps and his yipping and barking keep the Allied soldiers awake so they have trouble fighting the next day. Not to mention the little 'surprises' he leaves in their boots...
I wouldn't care if they did add werewolves as some genetic experiment, but it would reduce DUST's individuality to go the route of so many other wierd alternate WW2 settings.
I got my cards out for halloween and some other check them out. twc-dust-tactics.blogspot.com/2011/10/halloween-cards.html

I dont think they need to comics to introduce anything. They just need to introduce it. The comics are such a small part of what Dust is, thank god as they sucked bad!
