Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, I call this story... my BBQ Squad.

After much deliberation, I have decided to just paint my bases black and do a little bit of silver detailing on them. Partly because I'm lazy, and partly because it affords me some flexibility down the road if I ever decide to not be lazy.

3 things I like about this thread:

1) "The Midnight Society"...consider that adopted in the local lexicon. I'm part of that. Add a beer and I'm really part of that.

2) The minis came out quite nicely.

3) Waiting on the bases was a good idea. Special things that are separate need their own time. If you don't feel it's right for the moment, better to wait. Wise thinking in the wee hours.
