This location can give a character Stealth as you know. My question is:

1. If I control CS Ayra, after the Stealth is given to, say, Red Viper, can I kneel 1 influence to 'steal' RV's stealth?

2. If Red Viper is given Stealth by Lost Oasis, after he's delcared as attacker, can I use Frozen Moat to eliminate this Stealth?

3. Can Red Viper use the given Stealth to stealth and kneel a character in a Military challenge even if that character doesn't have military icon?

Freezing rain or frozen solid his lost oasis, no more stealth generating location. (freezing rain is my personal choice as with influence you can move it around to your advantage in other phases).

Did not realise you could stealth characters who could not participate in the challenge (due to icons) though! That makes the oasis even better than we thought.
