I've played a few games now with the core game set and I have to say I like this card game. I've decided to collect House Lannister after talking it over with my play group. Now im wondering what pack to get next to improve house Lannister. What pack gives me the most useable lannister cards for the least money?

You'll want the Lions of the Rock Deluxe Expansion when it comes out later this year. Aside from all the 6 chapters of the King's Landing reprint, you will also want Mountains of the Moon when you get a chance. Actually all the chapters in the Brotherhood Without Banners and Secrets of OldTown would be helpful since there are Clansmen and Daven Lannister and attachments that are pretty cool.

They already have the November releases here, and I don't remember seeing the Kings Landing cycle being on the October release set.

I'll second (third?) the King's Landing chapter packs and Lions of the Rock expansion.

Battle of Ruby Ford, from the Clash of Arms cycle, has two great Lannister cards; Castellan of the Rock and Devious Intentions. Castellan is Restricted, but still worth putting in a lot of builds.
