I did some research and created something like modification for existing scenario.
It's actually adds an Ancient One into the game and a possibility to fight him. Though there is a chance you'll be able to avoid this.
I put all my thoughts onto the text file. This will be pretty rough as I haven't had a chance to test this yet, but still feel like sharing with you.
