I have Initiate of the Citadel in play; my opponent has Ser Random Dude (who has the Knight and House Dude traits), whom he has chosen to tool up with Apprentice Collar, Tin Link, Brass Link and Sausage Link.

Can I use the Initiate's ability "Kneel Initiate of the Citadel to choose 1 character. Return any number of attachments on that character to their owners' hands" to choose Ser Dude, return on the Apprentice Collar to my opponent's hand, then giggle as all of the other links topple into the discard pile (Ser Dude no longer having the Maester trait)?

I can't see anything in the Initiate's ability that obliges you to choose all of the attachments possible (though I guess you'd usually want to). So can he choose to bounce selectively as described above?

Chuckled at your post. But yes, he can indeed be a meany.

However, as I understand it Joffrey and Renly are immune to his meanyness.
