Sorry to sound like a noob, but what does that mean?

I've searched around the forums, but people only talk about "prizes being late." Unless I missed something, or misunderstood them.

go to the "Community" section on the very main page of the Kingdom Hearts section of the site (easy way to get there = click the Sora head underneath my avatar picture) and you'll see a "Heart Point Redemption Form" link.

Basicly, the Heart Points can be used to get stuff back from FFG. better hurry as the form expires at the end of this month (January) and seeing as the new set doesn't have Heart Points on their packs, that will probably be the only time you can redeem them.

But, what is a "Demo Deck?"

a Demo Deck is a 30 card deck with some basic cards from Set 1 in it. Store owners give them to people to get them to initially play the game before they buy into it. it's not really something a person who's already bought a Starter Deck or at least five packs will want to get unless they want to try and get some Friends interested
