Upcoming Release Schedule

By Robert guiscard2, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I'm new to the forums here, so excuse me if I missed something.... I took a look around but didn't see any updated information regarding the next planned releases by FFG for WFRP 3rd. Last year at Gen Con they released the schedule which is now complete. This year... nothing came out of Gen Con in terms of next releases. Anyone know if there is any word regarding what, if anything, is coming next?

Thanks,

Robert

Well, welcome to the forum.

I guess you´re in the same boat as the rest of us. We´re all expecting some new products for 2012, but until now, FFG didnt say a thing. Slaanesh is coming for december, and maybe them we´ll see the 2012 agenda.

Maelstrom lists this as October release... So who knows when we get it.

Welcome to the WHFRP 3e community.

As for the release schedule its shrouded like a Grey Wizards under--hosen. I kinda like the mystery of it all!

Come on over to Reckless Dice Podcast and check out the webs only WHFRP 3e podcast on the web.

Can't wait to read your contributions to the community

Thanks to all for the answers... that is to say.. that we don't know :)

It is the Reckless Dice Podcast and Gitzmans materials that did the trick to get me into third edition. I was a hardcore 1st and 2nd edition gm... was reluctant to jump into third... kept hearing lots of scary stuff. The podcast made a lot of sense and broke it down to where I waws willing to take the plunge.

Anyway, thanks for the responses.

I'm glad that the Podcast has helped somebody realize that 3e is not as bad as many people make it out to be. I understand that tastes differ and all but alot of the bashing was done by people who never wanted the change in the first place.

I'm excited that more people are starting to see the light!

As I said in a coral haze above (hence the too many webs comment) "Welcome to the WHFRP 3e Community"

Excellent! Love new players! I think you'll love this dice system once you get the hang of it, its by far the most unique and fresh part of WFRP.

Anywho, being a new player, let us know some of your thoughts or questions about WFRP3, we are recording our new episode of Reckless Dice tonight and would love some community involvement.
