Is the distrust of dwarves and elves the same regarding wood elves? Or is it more/ less?

For dwarves living in World Edge mountains it's likely the same, elf is an elf is and elf...
For dwarves living in Black Mountains it could be more, due to the skirmishes they've had with the elves who doesn't want the dwarves to harvest their trees at will...
A quick review of the Elven Timeline is thus:
2000 years ago was the War of Vengeance (Dwarf)/Beard (Elf) as the Druchii (dark) harassed the dwarfs, driving them to fight the elves. Thus began the dwarf grudge against the elves.
1500 years ago, Athel Loren was founded (i.e. "wood" elves created). I get the impression that they are like the Amish here in the states. The rest of the world has advanced and they choose to live a non-technological lifestyle.
So, wood and high elves are both culpable and included in the grudge.

Aye. For the most part I imagine that, to a Dwarf, an Elf is an Elf is an Elf. So, some of them fled back to their prissy, little island-home across the sea while others set down roots in Bretonnia to claim the woods as their domain. The Elf-grudge runs deep in their hearts and I can't see a Dwarf giving a half a spit to the difference. Not to mention that the "wood" Elves are (to a Dwarf) just as conceited, underhanded and flighty as the self-proclaimed "high" Elves.
I would agree with Spivo - for the Dwarfs of the World Edge Mountains an elf is an elf, but the Dwarfs of the Black Mountains may make more of a distinction. The Book of Grudges in Black Fire Pass includes a section entitled 'The Arrogance of the Elves of Athel Loren' where the Dwards of Karaz Azgaraz have made an entry in their Book of Grudges after a run-in with the Wood Elves.
Of course, it raises the question of whether a Dwarf can tell the difference between a Wood or High Elf as after all, one pointy eared pansie looks just the same as another!
