In this dungeon, there is a whole bunch of water spaces. The heroes (but not the monsters) are allowed to enter the water, but their turn immediately ends.
The question that the heroes and the overlord discussed at legnth, and for which we are turning to you for an answer is as follows: Can the hero's jump the water for 3 movement points?
Normally, figures can't even enter water. Since the heroes can here, we felt that they should be able to jump over, as we figured it was treated like a pit or mud - things that can be jumped over.
But we also felt that monsters cannot, because they aren't allowed to enter the water.
So, can heroes jump the **** water?
