just two short questions:

1) Enter. Does one "enter" a location if he is forced to go there because of a dark card, so they could be chained?

2) Sacrifice. When can one sacrifice things, and does this cost time?

1. This is still up in the air and awaiting official confirmation but I think most assume that entering a location only counts if an action is taken. Most people feel this way so you can't chain these tigether and have multiple dark cards played on you.

2. I believe you can sacrifice only on your turn (unless otherwise instructed) and it does not cost time. Of course, you can only sacrifice it and apply it for one effect and you do not gain the normal benefit from that item.
