Were common sense common, yes; yet common sense seems rather uncommon in the Imperium, so I don't think they would.

Possible? - Yes.

Very often? - No.

Also keep in mind that Radicalism and Puritanism is not like 2 distinctive boxes, but rather a sliding scale of what methods the given Inquisitor considers acceptable under which circumstances. There are extremist Radicals (Sorcery & Daemonhosting - Yay! More poweer to fight the enemys of the Imperium!) and moderate Radicals, just as there are extremist Puritans (Burn EVERYTHING! - Sanctioned Psykers, citizens who are sensed as not being pious enough, all fair games for incineration) and moderate Puritans.

A very good question, the answer to which relies not on only whether the Inquisitors are radical or puritan but also which of the Ordo's they belong to and which of the philosophy(or however it's spell) they belong to. The Demon Hunter book has some of this issue addressed in it. The chances are they would work together to achieve an end goal but never in plain sight of one another, and there is always the chance that one of them would go "missing".
