For huge wrestling army lets say im at 21. If I enhance with huge wrestling army do I get +2dmg or +3dmg. In other words if there is a remainder, no matter what # that remainder be, I round up? Also is this the same for hugo's enhance?

if there is no instruction on the card to round the number, you simply cut the remainder. If you end up with 2.8 or 2.1, you'll get 2 as your answer.

Unless the card says otherwise, you always round up.
