I was playing a game of AH on Wednesday (Still going) , and I ran into a problem.

I was told to search the common item deck for a .45 Revolver. When I searched the deck, I found a .45 automatic and a .38 revolver, but no .45 revolver.

Did I just miss the card, or is the card (which I cannot remember which card it is) have an error on it?

Yeah this has been answered in the Kingsport manual. "Police Station encounter cards that include the text, “Deputy Dingby absentmindedly leaves you holding his gun,” should instruct the player to take a .38 Revolver from the Common Item deck, rather than a “.45 Revolver,” which does not exist."

Just like the Deputy's Revolver when an Investigator becomes Deputy at the Police Station, it would seem that Arkham PD Standard Issue is a +3 sidearm.

(In order to get the +4 or higher, you have to quit the force in disgust of government corruption and/or incompetence and go freelance, like Joe.)
