Can this not be cancelled by Murenmure and other effects like Seasick, etc?
I know you can't use he calls it thinking on the siege agenda because its out of play. Is this similar? Is it uncancellable?

The rules do not allow you to cancel any effect on an Agenda card. This seems pretty straightforward. Where are the doubts coming from?

Thanks for saving me the trouble. You cannot cancel an Agenda effect, but with the Alliance Agenda, the player is not triggering an Agenda effect - they are triggering a (gained) House card effect.
