I have 2 question:

1.) is there any rule about how much card do u can have on your hand during game?

2.)Is there any rule how much army can u put on battlefield(on board)

There is no limit to how many cards you can have in your hand, nor on the table.

You can, however, only have three copies of any one card in your deck.
